Orders destined for mainland Spain received between Monday and Thursday usually take to reach its destination 48 to 72 working hours from receipt of your order or confirmation of payment of the bank transfer (only orders with this payment method) . Delivery time for shipments to Europe is from 4 to 7 working days.
If the order is received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will leave our warehouse the following Monday, to avoid so wines remain long periods in warehouses which know their conditions.
Our shipments are intended to prevent breakage and our partners are well aware of the fragility of the product, but there is the possibility that any rupture. Please always check the order in detail at the time of receipt. Transportation agencies do not allow the return of the goods even if the client open it in your presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if it detects any moisture on the box or suspicious noise NOT accept the order. We were notified of the incident by our partner and automatically send a new shipment at no cost to the customer.
Delivery orders will be held at the delivery address designated by the user freely. BODEGAS ILLANA not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product will not be realized as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by the user for this purpose, and in the event that delivery can not be effected through no fault to BODEGAS ILLANA as the absence of the recipient at the delivery address.
In the absence of the recipient, whenever possible, passing note will be left with the information needed to arrange a new delivery in the recipient’s address or the necessary information for it to pick up the product at a certain place. In any case, after 7 days from the last delivery attempt without the order has been delivered, it will be returned to origin proceeding to terminate the contract.
