Our vineyards are located in the centre of the D.O. Ribera del Júcar, in Aldea Buenavista at an average altitude of 750 metres above sea level. We have our own 100 hectares of excellent vineyards, specially cared for and controlled by the winery’s oenologists and technicians.

Harmony between terroir and climate in the birthplace of wine varieties
The richness of our clay-limestone soils, adorned with boulders, is fundamental for the cultivation of our grapes, allowing optimal water retention and ensuring regularity in dry periods.
This unique terroir, combined with a temperate Mediterranean climate, creates the perfect environment for the development of our grape varieties, including the indigenous Cencibel (Tempranillo) and Bobal, as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

At the beginning of August, our technical team carries out a meticulous study of the ripeness and state of health of the grapes, thus determining the optimum moment for harvesting. This is the beginning of a period of intense activity in the winery, where we start the process of transforming these precious fruits into the base musts for our wines.
