Tasting note
- Visual: Pale yellow wine with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
- Olfactory: Intense aromas that combine citrus and herbaceous notes on a slightly balsamic finish.
- Taste: A wine with a fresh but intense attack, with a long and persistent finish that coherently highlights the varietal notes.
Night harvest (we prevent high temperatures, oxidation and have greater biological control of the grapes).
Maceration of the crushed grapes prior to pressing to increase the aromatic intensity, subsequent pressing in which we only obtain the must from the bleeding.
Fermentation at low temperature (15ºC) to obtain subtle, frank, fresh and elegant aromas.
Battonage of lees daily to obtain more volume in the mouth.
Blending with Bobal Blanc de Noir to provide typicity, florality and a long, more complex finish.
