Description
Tasting note
- Visual: Intense cardinal red, lively, bright and clean.
- Olfactory: Intensenotes of cherries, red raspberries and blackberries, accompanied by spicy and toasted notes from the barrel aging.
- Taste: Fleshy and tasty wine with a complex aftertaste that perfectly combines varietal notes with spicy notes and complexity from the aging in high quality French oak barrels.
Selected grapes from the oldest vines of the estate planted in 1969. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours at low temperature (to obtain more color and varietal aromas
without extraction of vegetal tannins).
Fermentation at a controlled low temperature (22ºC) in search of greater freshness and frankness of the varietal aromas.
