BOBAL 100%
10 months in new 300-liter French oak barrels, which provides greater aromatic and gustatory complexity.
Selected grapes from the oldest vines of the estate planted in 1969. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours at low temperature (to obtain more color and varietal aromas
without extraction of vegetal tannins).
Fermentation at a controlled low temperature (22ºC) in search of greater freshness and frankness of the varietal aromas.
